If duplicate accounts are detected, anuspin9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your anuspin9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify anuspin9 support immediately.
anuspin9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by anuspin9.
anuspin9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players :
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). anuspin9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your anuspin9 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. anuspin9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. anuspin9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the anuspin9 account. anuspin9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
anuspin9 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. anuspin9 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.
anuspin9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
anuspin9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
anuspin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in effect.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, anuspin9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. anuspin9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. anuspin9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your anuspin9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
anuspin9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your anuspin9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
anuspin9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures. anuspin9 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
anuspin9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the anuspin9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
